Remember - you are a skier!
-Skiers use arms and legs together. It is important to keep roller skiing or pole hiking through-out the fall. This will make the transition back into ski training much easier when your fall sport is over.
-Keep your strength and endurance going throughout the fall by doing two key workouts: 1. Double Pole day 2. Combo OD. Plus add some playground or backyard strength, which will help sustain your strength and flexibility.
