Remember to eat breakfast and bring a water bottle to practice to beat the heat. Plus, instead of water in your pack, try a sports drink or electrolyte replacement drink.
Keep your fitness up while vacationing by going for a run, hike or bike. Bring your roller skis and explore new neighborhoods and parks. Add some playground or backyard strength, which will help build your strength and flexibility.
