NorthXC X provides the variety in training you need to be successful at the college level. We are proud of our two student athletes that qualified for the 2026 NCAA's !

Mondays - Classic Rollerski - Easy distance, technique or specific strength
Tuesdays - Running - foot speed and power with Coach Tony.
Wednesdays - Skate Rollerski - Easy distance, agility and technique.
Thursdays - Intensity day. Ski walking, moose hoof and bounding.
Fridays - Combo over-distance days or easy run, bike, rollerski.
Saturdays - Active adventuring: roller skiing, running, hiking, paddling in Duluth or up the North Shore.
Morning practice time is either 8AM or 8:30AM.
