Week 5! We are now in a grove. This week is a week of rest.
Mondays - Classic Rollerski - Easy distance, technique or specific strength
Tuesdays - Running - foot speed and power with Coach Tony.
Wednesdays - Skate Rollerski - Easy distance, agility and technique.
Thursdays - Intensity day. Ski walking, moose hoof and bounding.
Fridays - Combo over-distance days or easy run, bike, rollerski.
Saturdays - Active adventuring: roller skiing, running, hiking, paddling in Duluth or up the North Shore.
Morning practice time is either 8AM or 8:30AM.

1 hour EASY distance roll followed by 30 min of Specific Strength sets: single stick, lock'n load, double pole.
