Duluth, where else in the Midwest would you want to train?
Duluth is a great place to train and live in the summer. Opportunities abound to get out and get moving and training. All training sessions are in the morning. Weight room and strength sessions are on your own because each person is unique and has different strength goals. If you need guidance, or a gym, strength coach recommendation, we are connected.
Mondays - Classic Rollerski - Easy distance, technique or specific strength
Tuesdays - Running - foot speed and power with Coach Tony.
Wednesdays - Skate Rollerski - Easy distance, agility and technique.
Thursdays - Intensity day. Ski walking, moose hoof and bounding.
Fridays - Combo over-distance days or easy run, bike, rollerski.
Saturdays - Active adventuring: roller skiing, running, hiking, paddling in Duluth or up the North Shore lead by Coach Henry.
Morning practice time is either 8AM or 8:30AM.
